Luxe Kids Boutique main goal is to make sure that we give you the best shipping options.
All orders will take approximately 2-3 business days to process before being shipped. The shipping time for processed orders will take 3-5 business days for delivery. You will be notified with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Kindly note that deliveries may vary during the holiday season.
Important: Luxe Kids Boutique is not responsible for any shipment delays due to the courier. We are not responsible if a package is not delivered due to it being missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us at email@example.com within the first 3-6 hours. If the order is not delivered due to the address provided not being correct, we will reship the package once the reshipment fee has been covered by the customer. Luxe Kids Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items if they are confirmed delivered by USPS. Please open a claim with USPS in this case.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Luxe Kids Boutique you may return an order within 14 days. You must first notify us via email about your return. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging and must have proof of purchase. Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods. Clearance, sale, promotional, discount, accessories, and white clothing items are final sale. (NO REFUNDS). Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please contact support via email within 15 days to start the return process. Please include order number and reason for return. We will email you the status of your return and refund (if applicable). Any order over 15 days will not be eligible for refund. Please give us time to process your return. We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or we made an error with the order.
